For IAIA 21, virtual exhibit booths have replaced traditional exhibit booths. Virtual exhibits offer an opportunity to engage with attendees in a variety of ways. Exhibitors can manage their own logo, description, video, collateral, staff profiles and more.

For both the Standard and Premier virtual booths, highlight your products and services by adding

  • Logo
  • Company bio/description
  • Downloadable files (up to 10GB)
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Web links
  • Booth staff profiles

Engage with delegates at your booth via

  • Polls you create
  • An interactive public chat box
  • Meeting requests from the delegates
  • A virtual business card drop box

 

STANDARD BOOTH 

The Standard exhibit fee is US$ 1290, and includes the following benefits:

  • Registration for two booth attendants.
  • Admission to all conference sessions.
  • One custom message sent to all delegates.
  • Booth attendants receive online exhibitor “ribbon” designation.
  • Access to participant list online and via PDF.
  • Opportunity to initiate one-on-one video meetings with delegates during the conference (Up to 100 successful connections).
  • Ability to search for delegates and send direct messages through the conference platform.
  • Information on who visited your booth, even if they didn't directly engage.                                              
  • Access to contact details for leads.
  • Opportunity to display your "showcases" - sessions your organization is sponsoring.

PREMIER BOOTH 

The Premier exhibit fee is US$ 2690, and includes the same benefits as the standard booth, plus:

  • Two additional registrations (four total), with admission to all sessions.
  • Two custom messages sent to all delegates.
  • Eligible to participate in tradeshow hours:
    • several 2-3 hour tradeshows will be scheduled by IAIA
    • your staff host a virtual room that delegates can enter/exit at will during the tradeshows
    • participate in conversations as a group, or take individuals to private breakout rooms
  • Logo included in rotating banner on main platform page. 
  • Ability to initiate one-on-one video meetings with delegates during the conference (Up to 300 successful connections).
