APPLICATION DEADLINE: 22 December 2016

Training course applications will be accepted until 22 December 2016. All applications will be reviewed, and acceptance notifications will be sent out by email around 6 January 2017. Space is limited, and applying does not guarantee participation.

If accepted, registration instructions will be included in the acceptance notification email. All registrations must be received by 1 February 2017, and courses cannot be changed after that date.

Please note: Registration to attend a training course is separate from the registration for the symposium. If you are interested in registering for the symposium, you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible as space is limited.
