Registration / REGISTRO
Registration for the Panama Symposium is closed. Participation required pre-registration and pre-payment by 12 November. On-site registrations will not be accepted.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES: IAIA will refund registration fees upon written request received before 31 October. A US$75 processing fee will be retained. After 31 October, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty. Refunds will be issued after the symposium.
POLÍTICAS DE PAGO Y Cancelación: IAIA reembolsará la cuota de inscripción a petición escrita de cancelación recibida antes del 31 de octubre: se retendrá una cuota administrativa de US$75. Después del 31 de octubre no se extenderán reembolsos por cancelaciones o por ausencias. Transferencias de registros de un participante a otro deben ser efectuadas por escrito y no tendrán penalización. Los reembolsos serán emitidos después del simposio.
NOTE: Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape IAIA events. By attending the event, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA.
