Registration

REGISTRATION FOR THIS SYMPOSIUM IS CLOSED. PARTICIPATION REQUIRED PRE-REGISTRATION AND PRE-PAYMENT BY 19 AUGUST. NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES: All symposium participants, including delegates, sessions chairs, invited speakers, organizers, exhibitors, and paper and poster presenters, are required to register for the symposium at the posted rates. IAIA does not have funds available to pay registration and/or travel expenses for program participants.

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and a receipt has been issued. Fees are accepted by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express and are charged in US Dollars (USD). Wire transfers in USD drawn are also accepted; contact IAIA for instructions. Registration closes 12 August 2016. Pre-registration and pre-payment by 12 August 2016 are required; cash payments on-site will not be accepted.

IAIA will refund registration fees upon written request received before 12 August 2016. A US$125 processing fee will be retained. After 12 August 2016, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
