The fee allows registered participants to view all presentations and participate in all discussions from 5–22 October 2020.

HOW WILL THIS WORK?
This virtual symposium will take place over four days (5-8 October), with each day featuring one live keynote (recorded for later viewing, as well) and 2-4 pre-recorded presentations. The keynotes will feature live Q&A and all recordings will have virtual discussion areas for interaction with the presenters and other participants. The recordings will stay posted for continued discussion through 22 October.
Registered participants will receive an email with detailed information on how to access the live presentations, pre-recorded videos, and discussion areas in the days leading up to the event.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
All virtual symposium participants, including delegates, chairs, organizers, and presenters, are required to register and pay by the posted deadlines.
Registration and payment by 8 October 2020 is required to participate in this event. If an invoice is required before issuing payment, you must request one via email. If you intend to pay via wire transfer, please note the wire must be received by the 8 October payment deadline.
IAIA will refund registration fees upon written request received before 18 September 2020. A US$125 processing fee will be retained. After 18 September, no refunds will be issued for cancelations or no-shows. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty. Refunds will be issued after the event.
VIDEO/AUDIO POLICIES
Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape conference events. By attending the conference, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA. To foster sharing of information and open discussions, IAIA encourages presenters and panelists to speak freely and respectfully share their knowledge and experiences. During technical sessions, individuals are not permitted to record with personal audio or visual equipment or other recording devices such as cell phones, cameras, or recorders, without prior permission from IAIA and the speaker(s).
IAIA VIRTUAL MEETINGS ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
IAIA is committed to providing a safe and harassment-free symposium experience for everyone. IAIA does not tolerate harassment of, or by, symposium participants in any form. Symposium participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the symposium without a refund at the discretion of IAIA. IAIA also reserves the right to report the incident to relevant authorities.
