Accommodation

Accommodation is in high demand for May 2020 in Seville; availability, particularly near the venue, will be limited. Delegates are advised to book their hotel stay as soon as possible. The Fibes conference venue is located outside of the city center. With limited hotels located walking distance from the venue,  IAIA has arranged blocks of rooms at selected hotels near the venue.  

The first block deadline is 21 January 2020. After that date, hotels will release a portion of the blocked rooms.  Delegates are responsible for booking their own hotel stays. If you need assistance, please contact the hotel block management company, Kenes (iaia2020@kenes.com).

Located next to the conference venue, Fibes Conference and Exhibition Centre, which is a 3-minute walk to the venue.

To get to the conference venue, you can take bus Line 27--just across the street--which is about a 10-minute ride.

The stylish Meliá Lebreros is located in Seville’s commercial district. The hotel's smart rooms have air conditioning, a minibar and a private bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms have flat-screen satellite TV and a pillow menu.

To get to the conference venue, it is a 15-minute walk to bus Line 27—across the street from Meliá Lebreros-- and about a 10-minute ride.

To get to the conference venue, it is a 5-minute walk to bus Line 27—across the street from Meliá Lebreros-- and about a 10-minute ride. 

The Novotel Sevilla is located in Seville’s Nervión district, next to Sevilla FC’s Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.  All rooms at the Novotel Sevilla are air-conditioned and come with a private bathroom equipped with hairdryer. Each one has a tea and coffee set.

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your hotel booking. All payments must be made in Euros to KENES GROUP, the official hotel accommodation partner for IAIA20.

• Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please fill out the “Accommodation Booking Form payment by bank transfer” at this link https://kenes.eventsair.com/iaia2020/hotel-tr.  After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation with wire transfer instructions. Kindly send an email to iaia2020@kenes.com with a copy of your bank transfer within 5 working days. In order to identify your payment, please ensure that the reference “Accommodation IAIA20” and participant’s name is stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the accommodation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for changes/cancellations must be made in writing by email to KENES GROUP (iaia2020@kenes.com). Please do not contact IAIA or the hotel directly.

If cancelled on or before March 22, 2020, a 1-night cancellation fee will apply.  No refunds will be given after 22 March 2020 for cancellation or changes to reservations.
