The International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA) is organizing high quality training courses in association with its annual conference in 2020. The Board of Directors and the Training and Professional Development Committee (TPDC) are inviting proposals for training courses to be delivered at its 40th annual conference, which will be held in Seville, Spain, 26-29 May 2020. It is anticipated that training courses will be offered as part of the pre-conference program, which will occur on 24 and 25 May.
Course instructors are encouraged to cover emerging topics, issues and challenges in IA, evolving tools and techniques, and topics specific to the region of Seville and/or Spain. Topic areas suggested, but not limited to:
Trainers must either be current IAIA members or plan to join IAIA prior to giving the course in May. Courses may be presented in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. All proposals must be submitted for review in English.
