IAIA members enjoy discounted registration fees for IAIA events.  Join now or renew your membership to take advantage of the member registration rate for IAIA23.

Pre-registration and pre-payment by 12 April 2023 are required to participate. Registrations will not be accepted after 12 April. To qualify for the Early Bird rate, full payment must be received by 8 February 2023.

Registration fees can be refunded with a written request received before 12 April 2022; a US$125 processing fee will be retained. After 12 April, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty.

IAIA23 will be an in-person event in Kuching. Virtual participation at this event will not be possible. We look forward to exploring the stunning region of Sarawak with you this May.

(MORE) FINE PRINT.   All conference participants, including session chairs, invited speakers, organizers, exhibitors, and presenters, are required to register for the conference at the posted rates. IAIA does not have funds available to pay registration and/or travel expenses for participants. Payment of all fees by 12 April 2023 is required to participate in this event; cash payments and registrations on-site will not be accepted.

VIDEO/AUDIO POLICIES.   Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape conference events. By attending the conference, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA. Individuals are not permitted to record with personal equipment such as cell phones, cameras, or recorders without prior permission from IAIA and the speaker/presenter.
