IAIA22 Registration
Registration for IAIA22 is closed. Pre-registration and pre-payment by 13 April 2022 were required to participate in the conference. On-site registrations will not be accepted.
IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL?
We know many of you are eager to reunite with your IAIA friends and colleagues (so are we!), and we hope a large number will be able to join us in person in Vancouver for IAIA22. However, we also know that the pace of COVID-19 vaccinations worldwide and the proliferation of more infectious variants will likely force many government and private sector travel restrictions to continue well into 2022.
To address these potential travel and social equity concerns, and to continue to provide educational and networking opportunities to our members and impact assessment professionals around the world, IAIA22 will offer some virtual accessibility. The main conference will be held in person, in Vancouver. The virtual component of the conference will take place on the Pathable platform that was so successful for IAIA21. IAIA members enjoy discounted registration fees for IAIA events. Join IAIA now or renew your membership to take advantage of the member registration rate for IAIA22. Please note that the non-member registration rates for IAIA events do not include a year of IAIA membership.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
All conference participants, including delegates, sessions chairs, invited speakers, organizers, exhibitors, and paper and poster presenters, are required to register for the conference at the in-person, virtual, or exhibitor rate. IAIA does not have funds available to pay registration and/or travel expenses for program participants. In-person and virtual registration fees entitle delegates to different benefits; see the chart in the preliminary program for the full list.
Pre-registration and pre-payment by 13 April 2022 is required to participate in this event; cash payments on-site will not be accepted. Registrations will not be accepted after 13 April. If an invoice is required before issuing payment, you must request one via email. To qualify for the Early Bird rate, both the registration form and payment must be received by 2 February 2022.
IAIA will refund registration fees upon written request received before 13 April 2022. A US$125 processing fee will be retained. After 13 April, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made in writing without financial penalty. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
VIDEO/AUDIO POLICIES
Individuals officially identified by IAIA may photograph, videotape, and/or audiotape conference events. By attending the conference, you agree to allow your image to be used by IAIA. Individuals are not permitted to record with personal audio or video equipment or other recording devices such as cell phones, cameras, or recorders without prior permission from IAIA and the speaker/presenter.
